  • Equipped with multiple safety protection systems, including dual-motor drive (for redundant power assurance), an overspeed fall prevention system, automatic platform leveling system, gate control safety system (automatic power cutoff when the door is opened), upper limit and excess limit switches (dual protection), and manual descent device (for safe evacuation during power outages) .
  • The control cabinet provides protection against high voltage, low voltage, and overload, while anti-slip tread plates prevent injuries from falling objects, ensuring all-round safety .

2. Efficiency & Convenience

  • Standardized components with fewer specifications and light weight reduce labor intensity: the platform is assembled on the ground, and masts are installed on the platform .
  • Installation and dismantling are simple and efficient: a 30×30 m platform can be completed by 2 workers in one day, without the need for additional auxiliary equipment. Its efficiency is more than 10 times faster than that of coupler scaffold systems.

3. Material Saving & Eco-Friendliness

  • Significantly reduces steel consumption: compared with coupler scaffolds, it saves 80% of steel. For a 1,000㎡ project (33m height × 30m length), the electric work platform only requires approximately 5 tons of steel, while the coupler steel tube scaffold needs about 22 tons .
  • All components undergo hot-dip galvanization, which prevents repeated coating and corrosion, maintains load-bearing capacity, and extends the service life of the product .

4. Operational Comfort & Schedule Assurance

  • Human-centered design: the platform can dock at any required working height, providing ergonomic working postures that reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency. It also supports both material and personnel transportation, enabling horizontal construction and effectively relieving the pressure on tower cranes and construction elevators .
  • Parallel construction adaptation: during the construction of the main structure, installation can be carried out synchronously from the bottom, and decoration work can be carried out in parallel with other processes. For the renovation of existing buildings, it does not affect normal indoor life, significantly shortening the overall construction period .

5. Strong Adaptability

  • Combines the advantages of bridge scaffolding and construction hoists, enabling curved-path lifting to adapt to complex architectural profiles (such as L-shaped, Z-shaped, and irregular buildings) and inclined climbing for specially angled structures

Description

This product was developed to address critical pain points in the construction industry, such as rising labor costs, uneven quality of frame materials, and the increasing height of buildings. Originally introduced and co-developed in partnership with Spain’s RESA GROUP, it has obtained official recognition and promotion from China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD): it passed the MOHURD achievement assessment in September 2009, was listed as one of the “Ten Key Promoted Technologies” for new formwork and scaffolding systems in 2010, and designated as a “National Construction Science & Technology Achievement Promotion Project” in 2012. It also won Beijing Certified Construction Methods in 2012, further verifying its technical maturity and reliability.
